- All orders ship within 48 hours of the order being placed. Currently, UPS is the shipping option for all orders. NOTE: If you live outside of the United States and Canada and are interested in buying Hostel Dog gear, we may be able to work something out. Contact us via our Contact Us page.

- Hostel Dog receives payment during the checkout process by PayPal and all major credit cards. From time to time, some products may go on sale and may be marked at a discount. Hostel Dog reserves the right to offer products at any price they deem appropriate.
- Viewing Orders
- Before ordering, make sure to sign up for an account. This will give you the ability to log in anytime and see all past orders and their current shipping status. If you are unable to log in and don't have record of your email received during your purchase, contact us using the contact form and make sure to include the address, email, name and phone number used during your purchase.
